We work with a print-on-demand partner, Printful, to produce and ship all orders with care and precision. Because every item is made to order, delivery times are a little longer than standard retail — but it’s worth the wait.

• UK Shipping only (for now!)
• Please allow 7–14 days from placing your order to delivery.
• Most UK orders arrive within 10 days.
• At busy times (like Christmas), it may take a little longer.

This slower, made-to-order process helps reduce waste and avoid overproduction a more thoughtful, sustainable way to shop.

Returns

Because each product is made just for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size Guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or with a print issue, we’re here to help.

• Include your order number and a photo of the issue
• If approved, we'll arrange the return through Printful.
• All returns go to their fulfilment centre
