Who are Dawn Journeys?
We are a small, independent project inspired by adventures from wild swims to summit hikes. Every item is printed on demand, meaning it’s made just for you after you order.
Where do we ship to?
Right now, we ship within the UK only we’re a new store, and starting local helps us keep things simple and reliable.
We’re hoping to expand in the future, so if you're outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch at dawnjourneys@outlook.com
How long will my order take?
Please allow 7–14 days from placing your order to delivery. Most UK orders arrive within 10 days, but during busy periods (like Christmas), it may take a little longer.
All items are printed and shipped by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is made to order, it takes a bit more time, but it also means no overproduction, less waste, and a more sustainable way to shop.
You're getting something made just for you: considered, high quality, and worth the wait.
How do I find the right size?
You can check the Size Guide for measurements and fit info. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser, layered, comfy fit especially for outdoor wear.
What is Print on demand?
Our products are created using print-on-demand which means each item is made just for you when you place your order.
This reduces waste by avoiding overproduction and allows us to focus on quality, not quantity. It’s a more sustainable way to shop, and it means your order is fresh, thoughtful, and made specifically for you.
Who makes the products?
All products are printed, packed, and shipped by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand provider that’s integrated with our online shop. They help us bring designs to life while keeping quality high and processes efficient.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are printed to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a production fault. If there’s an issue with your order, just email us at dawnjourneys@outlook.com and we’ll sort it out.
We don’t currently offer size exchanges, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Where do returns go?
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the correct Printful return address. All returns go directly to their fulfilment centre.
